If you are using All-In-One WP Migration, watch out for W3 total cache. Before you migrate, go into W3 and purge all caches, then deactivate and uninstall W3. W3 crashed multiple sites for me when migrating using All-In-One. In general, watch out for plugins causing problems. Otherwise, All-In-One WP Migration is an amazing little plugin.
